Candy Company and Hanna Farm’s Grits. Utilizing 150 pounds of grits, Future Ancestor highlights the way to use corn adjunct while still making a full, slightly sour tasting beer – much like the Kentucky Common style. Corn has been an adjunct grain for beers for centuries and still used today - here’s our fancy version
